Son nouveau roman, Et que le vaste monde poursuive sa course folle, paru aux Éditions Belfond en 2009, a remporté le National Book Award. Transatlantic, son nouveau roman, paraît aux éditions Belfont. Colum McCann vit aujourd'hui à New York.
